The Spotters Day of the RT24 | HB24 multinational exercises will be held on May 28. This day is aimed at all photography enthusiasts and military aviation enthusiasts over the age of 18.
Participation requires registration and costs €50. Upon payment, spotters will be entitled to a kit with exercise merchandise..
Regulations
Registration is limited to the number of places available. Participants will be accepted in chronological order of receipt of the form.

Registration begins at 10 a.m. on May 10th.
The cost of participating in Spotters Day will be paid at the entrance to Air Base No. 11 in Beja. Please note, however, that it will not be possible to use an ATM, visa or any other type of computer system.
The activities will follow the outlined route and will have Public Relations Officers indicating the itinerary and monitoring the entire process.
The use of a reflective vest is mandatory.
It is advisable to wear hats, but only those with a strap or other mechanism that allows them to be attached to the body are allowed, so there is no risk of them flying off or falling off inadvertently.
Bearing in mind that participants are expected to walk some distance during the event and taking into account the high temperatures that are usually felt at that time of year in Beja, the following needs to be taken into account:
- Comfortable and suitable footwear;
- Sunscreen;
- Water.
During the event, participants will have access to food and drink services. The costs of purchasing food or other goods and services are the responsibility of the participants.
For operational reasons, the Portuguese Air Force may have to alter or suspend the activities planned for the exercises, in whole or in part, and will not be held responsible for this.
The Portuguese Air Force reserves the right to take photographs of the event and its participants, and waives the right to receive any financial or other consideration, both parties considering that the purpose of these publications, editions and others, is purely of cultural, promotional and social interest.
Participation in the event entails acceptance of and compliance with the rules described above, as well as respect for military principles, values and decorum, failure to comply with which will lead to the immediate termination of the Spotter's participation in the event, without any compensation or indemnity whatsoever, which will be assessed under civil/criminal liability.
