On the 6th of July, ETAP-T 2023 received visitors passionate about photography and aviation to photograph the cargo planes participating in the multinational exercise organized by the Portuguese Air Force, as part of the European Tactical Airlift Center (ETAC) project.

Early in the morning, the spotters had the opportunity to visit the apron where they were able to see and photograph the parked aircraft up close.

Then followed those that were the first takeoffs of the day, one of the most awaited moments by visitors, and where it was possible to see and hear the participating aircraft, in particular the Portuguese aircraft C-295M, the German A400, the Italian C-130J and the Czech C-295.

Throughout the day, the spotters were able to photograph the various cargo planes that make up ETAP-T 2023, and were even presented with flight demonstrations of the TB-30 Epsilon and AW119 Koala aircraft based at Air Base 11.
